Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the destination country. Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout or shared with you after your order is confirmed.

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. New/unused items are refunded to the original method; lightly tested items may be eligible for store credit. Final-sale items aren’t returnable.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

There’s a short window (about 60 minutes) after purchase—contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can use the returns process.
